  • Deep tissue applies firm pressure to reach deeper muscle layers, which can cause some discomfort in areas of chronic tension. Our therapists always work within your comfort level — you should feel a 'good pressure' sensation, never sharp pain. Communicate openly and intensity will be adjusted immediately.
  • Swedish massage uses lighter, flowing strokes for general relaxation. Thai massage uses assisted stretching and acupressure. Deep tissue uses slow, firm, targeted strokes to reach deeper muscle layers — best for chronic pain, structural issues, and sports recovery.
  • For chronic pain or heavy desk work, every 2–3 weeks is recommended initially. Once tension patterns improve, monthly maintenance is usually sufficient. Our therapists will suggest a personalised schedule after your first visit.
  • Drink plenty of water to flush released metabolic waste. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Mild muscle soreness for 1–2 days is normal — similar to post-workout soreness. A warm shower can ease any tenderness.
  • Yes — all therapists are certified female professionals. Every session takes place in a private room with proper draping to ensure full comfort and modesty throughout. Your privacy and comfort are our absolute priority.
