All treatments available at our Road 55 flagship.

Traditional Thai Massage uses stretching and acupressure along energy lines — no oil, performed on a mat. You remain clothed in comfortable attire.

Swedish Massage uses long, flowing strokes with oil on bare skin to improve circulation and relieve muscle tension. Both are deeply relaxing but achieve it differently.

Sessions are available in 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes. We recommend 90 minutes for first-time visitors to experience the full benefit of the treatment. Your therapist will help you choose based on your goals.

Yes. You can add hot stone therapy, aromatherapy upgrade, or body scrub to any session. Simply request this when booking or inform your therapist before the session begins. Additional charges apply based on the add-on.

We offer modified sessions for expectant mothers after the first trimester. Please inform us when booking so we can assign a therapist trained in prenatal techniques and adjust pressure and positioning for your safety and comfort.

Yes. Our Couple Package (from ৳12,000) and Four Hand Harmony (৳14,000) are available in private side-by-side suites at our Road 55 flagship and Banani branch. Book in advance to reserve the couple suite.

Yes. We offer 20% off on all spa packages for first-time clients. Additionally, our Sensational Bliss Package and Couple Packages are already priced below individual service totals. Ask about our loyalty program for returning clients.

Tipping is not mandatory and is entirely at your discretion. Our therapists are fairly compensated. If you feel your experience was exceptional and wish to tip, it is appreciated but never expected.

All branches are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week (including public holidays). Last appointment is accepted at 9:00 PM to ensure your full session completes comfortably.

Provide your preferred branch, treatment, date, and time. We'll confirm within minutes.

Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (under 4 hours) or no-shows may incur a 50% charge of the service booked. We understand emergencies — contact us and we'll accommodate when possible.

Yes. If you've had a session with us before and would like the same therapist, simply mention their name when booking. We'll do our best to accommodate. If your preferred therapist is unavailable, we'll recommend another with similar expertise.

Yes, walk-ins are welcome at all three branches subject to therapist availability. While we do our best to accommodate, advance booking via WhatsApp ensures you get your preferred time slot, especially on weekends and evenings.

Yes — 100%. Every therapist at Melody Thai Spa is a certified female professional with 5+ years of experience in authentic Thai massage techniques. We do not employ male therapists at any of our branches.

All therapists hold formal certifications in Thai massage and wellness therapy. They are trained in traditional stretching, acupressure, reflexology, aromatherapy, and deep tissue techniques. Every therapist undergoes continuous training to maintain the Melody standard.

Yes. Your therapist will consult with you before the session begins to understand your pressure preference and any areas of sensitivity. You can request adjustments at any time during the session — your comfort is our priority.

Yes. Our Banani branch is at House 1, Block E, Road 11 (above Dhaka Bank Building). Full treatment menu available including couples packages and Sensational Bliss. Open daily 10 AM to 10 PM.

Yes. All three branches have easy parking access. Road 55 flagship and Lakeshore Road 41 have dedicated parking areas nearby. Rideshare services (Uber, Pathao) can drop you directly at the entrance of all locations.

Our flagship main branch is at Road 55, Gulshan 2 (Secret Recipe Building), near The Westin Dhaka. It is our largest location with the full treatment menu including Four Hand Harmony and Couple packages. Recommended for first-time visitors.

Most clients prefer to undress completely for oil massages (you're draped with fresh linens at all times). For Traditional Thai Massage, you remain clothed in comfortable, loose attire. We also provide disposable undergarments if you prefer. Your modesty and comfort are respected at all times.

Yes. All sessions take place in private, soundproof, air-conditioned rooms with soft lighting and signature Thai aroma. Your privacy is guaranteed. Couple suites are also private and reserved exclusively for your session.

We recommend leaving valuables in your vehicle or at home. A secure locker is provided in each treatment room for your phone, wallet, and keys during the session. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.

After your session:

• Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins
• Avoid alcohol for 4-6 hours
• Avoid strenuous exercise immediately after
• Rest and relax to prolong the benefits
