Melody Thai Spa is open 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. All three branches — Gulshan 2 Road 55, Gulshan 2 Road 41, and Banani Road 11 — maintain these hours. We are open on public holidays as well (subject to announcement).

Yes, you are welcome to request a specific therapist when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability. We recommend mentioning your request when booking via WhatsApp or phone to give us the best chance of arranging this for you.

For regular weekday visits, booking 1–2 hours in advance is usually sufficient. For weekends, public holidays, and couples sessions, we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance as these slots fill quickly. For special packages or group bookings, advance notice of 2–3 days is preferred.
